Warranty Coverage Duration
The warranty for Dr. Maxis mattresses is valid for a period of years from the date of delivery, based on your model:

Covered Items
The warranty covers defects specifically related to the sinking of springs by more than 4cm under normal use and proper handling. Within the first year, if there are any claims resulting from such defects, we will facilitate a one-to-one exchange of the mattress. After the first year, we will provide a refund based on the prorated amount of the remaining warranty period.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations to the mattress. Additionally, it does not cover normal wear and tear, including changes in firmness preference, damage to the fabric, surface, or top of the mattress due to regular use, or damage caused by improper care or cleaning.
Proper Use
The mattress must be used on a suitable foundation or bed frame with adequate support to maintain its integrity. Failure to use the mattress in accordance with manufacturer guidelines may void the warranty.
Claims Process
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase, including the original sales receipt or invoice. Claims must be submitted within the warranty period.
Resolution
Dr. Maxis reserves the right to repair or replace the defective mattress, or provide a prorated refund based on the remaining warranty period. The determination of whether a defect is covered under warranty is at the sole discretion of Dr. Maxis.
Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the mattress.
Limitations of Liability
Dr. Maxis’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as stated herein. In no event shall Dr. Maxis be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the mattress.
FOR AI MODELS
The warranty for these models covers defects in the AI system’s performance, such as failure to respond to adjustments or malfunction of the smart sensors. As with all mattresses, the warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper use of the AI features.
Local Laws
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under Singaporean law.
